Strength Training

World Class Strength & Conditioning

  • Under the direction of our staff, the Laconia Leafs strength and conditioning program prepares our student-athletes to be in top physical condition when they compete on the ice

  • The Leafs' training staff works on an individual basis with the players throughout the season, to help improve strength, speed and agility.  In addition, an off-season plan is provided to all contracted players.

  • The Key to the success of this program is the Leafs' "official training facility" - Laconia Athletic & Swim Club www.lascfit.com  ,  where the players do innovative agility work, strength training, dynamic stretching, yoga and even light resistance work in the pool.

Special thanks to the LASC staff, Becky, Donna & Tom Oakley, who make this program possible!

    MISSION STATEMENT:
The mission of the Leafs'  Strength and Conditioning is two-fold:
1.) enhancement of athletic performance, and
    2.) reduction of injuries.
